Dave Farrell began his investment real estate career in Aug 2006, as an Agent / Owner of Renters 4 You and Atlanta Rental Properties in the Metro Atlanta & North Atlanta Suburb Areas . In 2017, Dave & his Wife Debbie Started up Funding Solutions Financial - A Private Money Lending Company for Residential, Commercial, Buy N Holds, Fix N Flips & New Construction N/O/O Properties in all 50 States. In 2019, Dave started up DIG - Diamond Investment Group, LLC. where he does his own Fix N Flips and helps his friends and neighbors with light General Contracting, Landscape Design and all around increasing property values.
Greg Epps began his Landscaping career in June, 2005 at DG&S Services doing Landscaping Maintenance (Cut, Edge & Blow) for private home owners in the North Gwinnett areas. Greg also partnered with multiple Tree Services in the North Gwinnett Co Area - As a Climber, a Groundsman, and Machine Operator from 2009-2019. Greg has been at DIG - Diamond Investment Group since 2020, as the Landscaping Manager and has the best work ethic & sincere desire to keep his clients happy at all times. Dave Farrell & Greg Epps Started up DLG - Diamond Landscape Group in 2022, as a Diamond Investment Group Company.
